We live in a quiet suburb and our home is situated on a corner lot that is almost a quarter of an acre. It is 2008 square feet and was built in 1997. Our yard is fully fenced with a concrete RV pad on the side -- which is perfect for bike riding and sidewalk chalk. We have a large raised-bed garden where we grow tomatoes, pumpkins, peas, beans, peppers, carrots and squash.
Inside the home we have a multi-level floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, a formal living room, kitchen and family room on the main level and a laundry/storage room in the basement. We are working hard to finish an additional bedroom and bathroom in the basement (it should be done in the next couple of months)!
